Pratt
James is Marlston's
founder and principal consultant. Responsible for Marlston's presentation
skills training he has a wealth of experience of all types of presentation,
but with a particular knowledge of investor presentations and 'beauty
contests'. Over the last few years he has advised many senior teams
from many of the UK & Europe's largest companies. His advice,
usually delivered at board level has often related to some of the
most significant IPOs, de-mergers and particularly to the winning
of major mandates. Although based in the UK, he spends much of his
time working throughout Europe and North America.

Estelle
Matthews
Estelle is
Marlston's senior media consultant with responsibility for media
and TV training.
She is a professional television presenter with wide media experience,
specialising in both business and sport. In the field of business
and current
affairs Estelle has worked for BBC Radio, Sky News,
London News Network, Meridian Television and Chrysalis TV.
Her career as
a sports broadcaster has included four years as a producer at IMG/TWI,
a commentator for Eurosport, and sports presenter for Sky TV. She
has covered sporting events in over 60 countries including the Sydney
to Hobart race, Barcelona Olympics, Marathon des Sables, The British
Open, Indy 500, World Athletics Championships, Lillehammer Winter
Olympics, Bledisloe Cup, The FA Cup Final, Wimbledon and the Monaco
Grand Prix.
In addition
to her work at Marlston she still makes regular appearances as a
presenter and reporter on London Tonight.

Richard
Northedge
Richard Northedge
is one of the UK's most experienced financial journalists.
He has worked
in the property trade press and was Property Editor of the Investors
Chronicle and then the London Evening Standard before moving
to
the Daily Telegraph in 1980. He first wrote a weekly column of
financial scandal for the Telegraph, then became personal finance
editor and
was the Deputy City Editor for 12 years.
In 1998 Richard
became deputy editor of 'Sunday Business' - a new Sunday business
newspaper he helped to launch. Both he and the paper won awards.
Last year he was appointed Executive Editor of Sunday Business and
was instrumental in initiating plans to make the paper financially
viable and re-launching it as 'The Business' with record circulation.
This year he
left to pursue a freelance career but continues to write a column
and other editorial for The Business and contributes to other publications.
He is also a regular broadcaster on BBC Radio, Sky and Bloomberg
television, and commercial radio. He is a judge for several media
awards. He has been involved in media training for more than a decade,
providing one-to-one guidance to senior executives from Eurotunnel,
Abbey National, KPMG and many other businesses.

Simon
Reed
Over the last
thirty years Simon has established himself as one of Britain's finest
sports commentators. In addition to his responsibilities as Head
of Commentary for both Eurosport and British Eurosport, Simon is
a regular commentator for the BBC. Although specialising in tennis,
he has covered almost every major sporting event. His voice is familiar
to millions of listeners for his coverage of both Winter and Summer
Olympics, the Commonwealth Games, and a host of other sporting events
around the world. He is also one of the BBC's principal TV commentators
at Wimbledon.
Simon's involvement
with Marlston brings a unique perspective for all our sports clients.
His insight into the media world, sports media and commentary in
particular is of enormous benefit.
